When faced with a problem I am most likely to solve it in the most obvious way, not implementing cumbersome standard methods.

As a leader or parent I am non-directive, preferring to see what happens on its own rather than lay down strict procedures and give orders. To me, it is understood that any procedures developed by necessity today disappear tomorrow unless they are still absolutely required.

I have a deep, philosophical side which is more personal and internal. A true friend is someone who can navigate both my public persona and my abstract side as well. A truly perfect friend will get all of that and be able to follow my thought processes without missing a beat, even when I make random, nerdy allusions to movies or books that most people totally don't get.
